If you are inquiring for support on a product, please specify:
- Your order number
- Invoice number
- The name on your order
- The product in question
- Where you purchased the product
- A rough estimate on when the order was placed if possible
- If possible the 1023 associate that might have been handling your support questions.
After the form has been submitted, you will be contacted by a 1023 Diesel team member personally to follow up with your issue. You may not receive an email but instead a phone call, as that is the fastest way for us to resolve most issues. If you prefer only to be in contact via email or other methods, be aware this may not become highest priority and you may be waiting slightly longer for a reply or solution depending on the issue you are having. We try our best to answer any and every question in a timely matter, but occasionally submissions are missed, or followups can get missed. If you have been waiting longer than two business days to hear back from us, please call us at the phone number below during business hours. If your contact form did not include enough information for a valid submission, there is a high likelihood it will be ignored.
