How long does it usually take to get my order?
Processing usually takes 1-5 business days on average. Custom Tuning usually takes up to 2 business days to deliver.
Shipping: Physical products usually take 2-4 business days to receive after shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?
As your order is processed you will receive emailed updates.
Where is my tracking?
Your tracking number will be added to your online order on your account. Your tracking number might be sent by email and email only, so be sure to check your email.

7.3L Powerstroke Custom Tuning
I received my tuning via email and I already had a PHP Hydra or SCT tuning device now what?
The email you received with your custom tuning includes instructions on how to move forward. If you have a PHP Hydra Chip and received an email including tuning for your chip, you should see a link for the Hydra Flash software and information page, which will include the download and links for information on how to load your custom calibrations. If you have an SCT device, there is a link for the updater software and information on your device.
Once your tunes are loaded, follow the rest of the instructions we have listed pertaining revision policy, and minimal drive time.

I loaded your tuning and my vehicle is still having ‘X’ issue.
If your vehicle previously had an issue and is still having an issue it likely not tuning related. Please look into scanning/data-logging equipment to further diagnose what the issue with your vehicle could be. If you need assistance, we would be happy to help.
When it comes to 4R100 and E4OD transmissions and slipping, without going into depth, tuning is almost never a direct cause of slippage. These transmissions are mechanically controlled and electronically trimmed. If you loaded tuning to your truck and your transmission starts to slip during shifts there is nothing we can or will do to keep your transmission from slipping. Having firmer shifts is always desired for making your friction disks last longer with increased torque, but we cannot make ANY guarantees that your transmission will last any longer with added power.
Really under-powered compared to other tuning or stock tuning?
If your vehicle is severely under-powered compared to stock or other tuning right from the start, we ask that you start with the basics. We reference the MAP sensor to help control maximum fuel allowed at a given rpm. If your map sensor, hose, or electrical connection are not ideal, then it could be causing an issue with our fueling control. The best way to figure this out, is compare your MAP sensor input with a logging device to a mechanical gauge. IF you found your readings to be correct and you are still having issues, then get in touch via the REVISION FORM and we will work quickly to adjust to your diving style.
Torque converter lockup or overdrive?
When requesting revisions, it is common for customers to get confused describing torque converter lockup or overdrive up-shift. The easiest way to describe the difference, is to push the Overdrive Off button and if the shift you are referring to is the last shift you feel, it is torque converter lockup. Just in general, we typically lock the torque converter clutch in 3rd gear unless you are at full throttle in 2nd gear we may lock the converter. To break it down, your 4R100 and E4OD automatic transmission up-shifts go: 1->2, 2->3, Lockup, 3(locked)-> Overdrive (4th gear).
I have an Excursion and the truck won't start in the tunes you sent me.
If you have an 7.3L Excursion truck and the engine wont start in the new tunes ONLY, chances are it is a PATS issue. PATS is the Passive Anti-Theft System and if not configured correctly the engine might not start. This is usually caused by the incorrect PATS configuration when loading the tunes to the Hydra Chip. The images below show the location and configuration of the PATS system when loading tunes to your Hydra Chip with Hydra Flash. If you choose not to use PATS with your excursion you must disable the module, we will not discuss this, but it is an option and sometimes the only option. While it happens it is usually slim, on occasion a tune sent for your vehicle might not have been updated to support PATS and must be changed.
